For seven years, Vanessa served as Head of Puppetry with AIME Mentoring, where she designed and built puppetry for live performance and film, created over 50 Muppet-style puppets for performers and staff internationally, and led training and mentoring with Australian Indigenous staff and children—using puppetry as a tool for connection, storytelling, and cultural exchange.
